From Penville on the Atlantic to Capuchin on the Caribbean. This hike was described as a 2 hour hike each way.  It took us about 3 and a half hours!  We did stop for lots of photos and some lunch...  We got to Capuchin and walked into the village, then took a mini bus back to our Suzuki at Penville.  Our first hike of the trip, there was some tough uphill sections but do-able for the moderately out of shape... In the middle of nowhere we would find goats tied up, and there are some old ruins to explore.  Great scenery, well worth it!
