Scotts Head is a small fishing village on the south west coast. Soufriere Bay has some great snorkeling and diving including the Champagne beach area just north of it.  Hot water and bubbles are released from the sea floor.  The church in Soufriere is quite pretty, and overlooks the bay.  Up the hill is the Soufriere springs where you can soak in hot pools.  The hot water streams are brown from the sulfur content. Just a short walk above the hot springs is a small area of white and sulfur covered rock where extremely hot gasses vent through random holes.  There are more areas farther up the mountain as well.  Just up the road we stopped and watched a village pull in a large fish net.  There were snorkelers out there making sure the net didn't get caught on the bottom.

Hi Al and Judy
Judy sent me this link on Toronto's coldest day and I must say it was a pleasure to let my screen transport me to such an idyllic setting. The photos are wonderful. The one of Judy with the umbrella/parasol is belongs in a film.
